How To Be Happy
You ask...How can I be happy, dealing with this???

Now, how to deal with it.
First, realize that you are going to have bad days and good days. Do not get depressed, when you wake up, and feel like you are dying; it WILL pass. I will feel so weak and tired; too, weak to take a shower. I really feel like I'm dying.
If your Doctor suggest an antidepressant, take it! You might have to try different kinds. The very first time I started on mine, 2 weeks later, I told the Dr. that I still did not feel goo; I wanted to sleep all the time. He told me to keep taking it, that it takes a month or two. Well, I learned that I needed it when I ran out one day, and forgot to get it refilled; I sure did, notice it 2-3 days later, crying over stupid things, even, T.V. commercials! I have recently found another medicine that goes with your antidepressant; It is a miracle; I have to think about bad things, because I totally forgot them.
Don't feel bad about having to take something for your depression; 9 out of 10 people are depressed.
Next, figure out what you can take for pain that does not make you sick, or loopy acting.......Hey, I've lived with strong rubbing lotions on my body for many years, and SMELLED like it!
Don't quit moving and exercising; make yourself, if it's, just, walking outside in the yard. Carrying out the trash can be a hard tasks, but do it for the exercise.
Try Yoga, and light exercising......
Vitamins are very important; at least take a multi-vitamin.
